Sponsorship Conditions

Payment for sponsorship opportunities is due on presentation of invoice. All artwork, banners, branding and logos must be provided, with full artwork and creative aspects completed. Where there are exceptions the organisers will advise the sponsor.

The National Wetlands Indaba does not relinquish any rights of ownership to sponsors of the conference by arranging sponsorship opportunities, and retains the right to approve of all media and press releases pertaining to the conference.

The organisers also welcome funding towards the general running of the conference, eg student sponsorship  – without designating it to a specific aspect/item. Such funding organisations would be welcome to liaise with the organisers regarding any specific promotional benefits they would like at the conference.
