Conference registration

PLEASE READ THE GENERAL INFORMATION AND THESE NOTES BEFORE REGISTERING
  • Every South African Government official must generate a pro forma invoice and submit this pro forma invoice to his/her finance department in order to obtain an Order Number (PO number), and ¬†thereafter furnish this order number to the Indaba Secretariat. Registration of Government officials will only be confirmed once an Order Number has been received, and will not be allowed to attend without such an order number.
  • All other delegates need to pay their registration fees by 30 September 2018 or make the necessary prior written arrangement with the Secretariat to pay by Credit Card on registration. Payment can be made by EFT.

  • Printed handbook and conference folder
  • Daily lunch and refreshments
  • Welcome Meet and Greet, one standard dinner and Indaba Gala Dinner / Awards ceremony, except for day delegates, who have to book and pay online for these events.
